    • Position Title: OFFICE MANAGER – Prishtina office
    •  SMARTIVO is a regional leader in South-eastern Europe (SEE) in providing satellite vehicle surveillance services for companies whose businesses require them to own and operate fleet parks as a part of their activities. SMARTIVO technology is already helping companies in various sectors to improve their fleet management and related capabilities – transport, distribution, construction, telecoms, pharmacy, FMCG etc
    •  OFFICE MANAGER – Maintains office by organizing office operations and procedures on daily basis. Is responsible for following all the correspondence internally and with clients, maintain relationships with existing clients at the desired level as well as establishing good relations with new ones. Preparing payrolls, organize filing system, deal with procurement on supply requisitions etc.
    •  JOB DUTIES as an Office Manager, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

    Detyrat

    • Customer Support via phone, emails, and direct meetings
    • Delegate tasks and support requests prioritization to technical team or IT department.
    • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence within team members of the organization as well as with clients.
    • Coordinating installations of our GPS devices with clients and technicians.
    • Handle technicians team scheduling.
    • Invoicing and Bookkeeping
    • Debts collections from clients
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Company
    • Weekly and monthly reports to Country Director and Head office
    • Documents Preparation
    • Inventory Management
    • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.


    Kualifikimet

    • Bachelor Degree in economy, public administration, management or related fields;
    • Strong analytical skills, with initiatives and innovative;
    • Good communication and negotiation skills; mandatory
    • Excellent organizational skills; mandatory
    • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; mandatory
    • Knowledge of written and spoken Croatian; preferable
    • Exelent knowleage in MS Office (excel and word); mandatory
