We broadcast our own and third-party direct response TV commercials in different formats – infomercials, spots, classical prime time spots and homeshopping formats. With TV broadcast partners throughout Central & Eastern Europe, we can showcase products to over 360 million consumers.
Internet is the fastest growing sales channel in Studio Moderna with online presence in 21 CEE markets. Our goal is to support omnichannel strategy and give our online customers best possible customer experience. We run coordinated internet activities across 21 markets by managing more than 180 webstores, over 500 landing pages, and are actively present on more than 100 FB pages. With a wish to provide relevant, interesting and engaging content we weekly prepare articles and send out branded e-newsletters and daily offers to more than a million of loyal readers.
Retail plays an important part for us in acquiring new customers and retaining the current ones. In our 430+ retail stores of different sizes (from 25 to 500 m2) across Central and Eastern Europe customers have opportunity to see, touch, feel and try our products, compare and evaluate them, get professional advice from trained sales personnel and purchase products on site – without having to wait or pay for the delivery.
Telemarketing enables us to create on- going relationships with our customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. We have 38 local contact management centers with more than 3.900 well-trained agents, supervisors and project managers. Every day we get in touch with more than 100.000 customers from our vast database, giving them an offer they can't refuse.
Our network of retail partners spreads over 21 countries and consists of a wide range of partners: from classic international and regional retail chains, electronic stores, DIY stores, furniture & deco stores, sports stores, pharmacies & specialized medical stores, gas stations, post offices and others. With catalogues, magazine ads, direct mail, package inserts, unaddressed mail, leaflets, flyers, brochures and more, print channel is a vital part of our omni- channel mix. Each year we distribute more than 20 million catalogues to customers' doorsteps throughtout CEE. Every month we produce more than 100 print ads with placements targeted towards direct sales, lead generation and brand building. As important support for the print channel we also use SMS to communicate with our customers and send reminders on special print offers, coupons, in-store activities and more.
