    • The Director of Marketing is responsible for creating and leading corporate (domestic and international) marketing strategies that drive Prosperoware brand and product portfolio awareness, preference, and brand equity, among key target audiences, including law firms, legal operations departments, consumers, strategic partners, partners and investors. This position collaborates closely with the following teams: sales, product development, and finance.
    • This role will lead the design, development and execution of all marketing initiatives to include demand generation, channel marketing (to & thru partners), digital marketing, new customer acquisition, and renewals.  This position works closely with the Marketing Manager (Events, Campaigns, Corporate events), Public Relations Agency, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Specialist.  Reports to the Lawyer of Residence.


    •    Develop and execute corporate marketing campaigns, encompassing digital and social media, targeted advertising, e-mail marketing, and events. Establishes and tracks KPIs to enable optimization of business performance, works with key stakeholders to address road-blocks and advance execution of tactical plans.
    •    Develop annual corporate marketing plan and budget in collaboration with the Lawyer in Residence to support Prosperoware’s business objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop effective and cost-efficient strategies to achieve corporate marketing objectives
    •    Lead the execution on approved corporate marketing plan and closely track progress and optimize tactics to increase ROI.
    •    Work with the sales, marketing support, and product teams to elevate the product family and/or portfolio's value offer and executes marketing plans that help the sales organization to accelerate customer/prospect’s understanding and of Prosperoware’s value and move to purchase.
    •    Maintain and update our corporate brand guidelines and brand assets, including our core messaging, photo library and graphics, with the support of the corporate communications and graphic designers team.
    •    Partner with the leadership of our sales, business development and product teams to create, prioritize and print collateral, and drive agreement on an appropriate collateral production schedule, aligned with our business goals.
    •    Working closely with executive team, ensure standardization of Prosperoware’s brand messaging & positioning and combined value offers across the solution portfolio.
    •    In coordination with the events team and key leaders, define the annual event calendar and drive an effective approach to leveraging tradeshows, conferences to support our campaign objectives.
    •    Closely track competitive landscape in collaboration with the sales and product teams to provide strategic recommendations to build and maintain strong market share and mindshare of the Prosperoware brand.
    •    Ensure communication campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching sales targets and driving brand awareness, and drive marketing automation.
    •    Working with our PR agency and the Lawyer in Residence, develop and maintain effective relationships with key reporters/editors from legal trade and media.


    •    Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent
    •    Master’s degree in relevant discipline preferred.
    •    10-15 years of overall business and marketing experience, with a successful track-record of managing annual marketing budgets for a technology company. 
    •    Extensive experience with implementation and process improvements using marketing automation tools and techniques (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, 
    •    Excellent analytical, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills required with demonstrated success in effectively leading a diverse team of marketing professionals.
    •    Great interpersonal skills, team player and strong written and verbal communications skills.
    •    Proactive approach to work; strong personal drive and desire for feedback.
    •    Ability to clarify and overcome ambiguity; flexibility to adapt to change.
    •    Ability to multi-task on several projects and operate in a fast-paced team environment and successfully meet multiple deadlines
    •    Extensive experience with demand generation/lead generation priorities and activities
    •    Ability to drive an entrepreneur company environment towards the leader in the markets served based on the overall Prosperoware mission. 
    •    Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    •    Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
    •    Up to 25% travel - International
