We offer the newest mentality in Staffing industry and our core business are Candidates and Clients. For our client, company in the telecommunications field, we are looking for: 


    • Develops and manages marketing communications strategy that is in line with company goals.
    • Defines Company’s brand position and executes strategy to evaluate it externally.
    • Creates, oversees, and updates all company marketing communication campaigns.
    • Manages the advertising and promotional efforts of the company.
    • Identifies, analyzes, and participate in selection of advertising and print agencies.
    • Ensures expended use of social media and online tools.
    • Develops, coordinates, and supervises sponsoring and promotional events/ activities.
    • Manages and monitors the budget of the Marketing Communications Unit.
    • Assists higher management in preparation of the companies’ strategy.
    • Plans, directs, and coordinates operations of the respective unit.
    • Implements companies’ strategy in order to achieve highest results.
    • Identifies development needs for staff.
    • Coaches and mentors staff as appropriate to improve performance.
    • Ensures that all processes and procedures are correctly implemented on a timely manner.
    • Performs any/all other tasks assigned by manager within the area of responsibility.


     Required Professional Education

    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, business, or communications;
    • Masters of Business Administration preferred.

    • Required working experience:

    • Experience in marketing communications (Min 5 years).
    • Experience in working with creative agencies (Min 5 years).
    • Experience in brand management (Min 5 years).

    Required Skills:

    • Strong Proficiency of Microsoft Office package; excellent knowledge of:  brand positioning, strategic marketing and media planning.
    • Specific Physical and mental Characteristics required:
    • Skills in oral and written communication.
    • Ability to negotiate with others and resolve conflicts, particularly in sensitive situations.
    • Ability to make sound decisions using available information while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ability to create team environment and sustain employee commitment.
    • Ability to coach and develop employees.
    • Ability to pay close attention to details and to ensure accuracy of reports and data.
    • Fluent in Albanian and English language.
