Job Description

The general responsibility of the Sales Support Officer is to realize monetary and operational transactions of customers directed by Branch Operations Supervisor and Customer Relations Managers in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Bank and in a timely manner in order to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • University degree in banking or analytical fields are preferable
  • Besides proper communication skills financial analysis and mathematical skills are important
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic and sense of ownership
  • Familiar with MS Office programs and especially MS Excel
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills on AlbanianEnglish and preferably Turkish languages
  • Ambitious, energetic team player who is open to development and ready to persistently serve the objectives of the team
  • Valid driving license
