Digital Communications & Content Specialist
Department: Marketing | Location: Marigona Residence – Prishtinë,
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the company’s digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Viber and other channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage social media content and calendars.
- Create, publish, and coordinate engaging content.
- Manage community engagement and customer communication.
- Manage communication with customers and online communities.
- Identify, contact, and negotiate collaborations with influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, publications, partnerships, and deliverables.
- Monitor trends, engagement, and performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, creative teams, and external partners.
- Follow the latest social media and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Fluent English.
- Creative, organized, analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
