About the programme 
The Business Consultants Council (BCC) invites business advisors and SME consultants to apply for the  Export Readiness Capacity Development Programme. It is implemented under Partnership Agreement  #011/26AP with the Swisscontact-implemented GROW project, funded by Sida. 
The programme builds the skills consultants need to help Kosovo SMEs prepare for export, use digital  tools to reach international buyers, and scale their operations. 
Programme structure: 11 days across 3 progressive modules 
Module 1 (3 days), Foundations of Export Readiness & Digital Internationalization SME diagnostics, market selection, online presence, buyer communication, compliance basics. 
Confirmed dates: 21-23 October, 2026 
Module 2 (4 days), Advanced Export Strategy, Digital Trade & AI Applications Export strategy, B2B platforms, AI tools, negotiation, Incoterms, risk management. 
Module 3 (4 days), Digital Transformation, Automation & Export Scaling 
Digital roadmaps, automation of export operations, scaling, sustainability, capstone project.
